Attorney Berry Baran of Cherry Hill, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Berry J. Baran with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Berry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligent misappropriation (theft) of client funds
• Engaged in numerous recordkeeping rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
