The state of Connecticut provided Richard P. Silverstein with a law license in 2006.
The Statewide Grievance Committee found Richard guilty of the following misconduct.
John knowingly violated the Disciplinary Rules when he failed to provide a written fee agreement to his client explaining the basis and rate of his hourly fee.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Richard by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
