Attorney Gerard Del Tufo of Matawan, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Gerard Del Tufo with a law license in 1989.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Gerard guilty of the following misconduct.

Gerard engaged in conduct that was prejudicial to the administration of justice and intended to disrupt a trial court by accusing a municipal court judge of being in collusion and “in bed” with the prosecutor.

Gerard’s accusation against the judge came about when the judge granted the prosecutor an adjournment but denied Gerard a similar request.

As a consequent of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics board punished Gerard by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. December 2012), Gerard practices at 721 State Route 34 in Matawan, New Jersey.
