The state of Illinois presented Patrick Joseph O’Malley with a law license in 2003.
The Disciplinary Commission found Patrick guilty of the following misconduct.
Patrick was employed by a client to pursue a civil matter. However, Patrick neglected the client’s breach of contract matter.
Not satisfied with neglecting the client‘s case, Patrick the Liar had the chutzpah to lie to the client about the status of the lawsuit.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Patrick by gifting him with a complimentary stayed180-day suspension of his law license. In truth, the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Patrick.
As we speak (ca. December 2012) Patrick practices at 12314 South 86th Avenue in Palos Park, Illinois.
