Attorney Kristine Peshek of Beloit, WI; ethical dwarf The state of Illinois presented Kristine Ann Peshek with a law license in 1989.
The Disciplinary Commission found Kristine guilty of the following misconduct.
While employed as an Assistant Public Defender, Kristine revealed protected client information in an internet blog.
In addition, Kristine failed to disclose to a trial court that one of her clients had made false statements about the client‘s drug usage during the court of the client’s guilty plea.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Kristine by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.
