Attorney Rhonda Hooks of Memphis; repeat offender 
The state of Tennessee provided Rhonda D. Hooks with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the Thurgood Marshall Law School.
The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Rhonda guilty of misconduct on two separate occasions as set forth below.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Rhonda by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
Rhonda’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2012
In one matter, Rhonda filed a motion in a client’s criminal case without notifying and receiving permission from the client’s current attorney. Rhonda also assisted a client in the Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) and did so with the knowledge that the client was not a licensed attorney.
In another matter, Rhonda failed to ascertain the status and complexity of a client’s case prior to agreeing to represent the client. Put simply, Rhonda was a moron who lacked the knowledge or intellect to properly represent the client.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Rhonda by gifting her with yet another complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. December 2012) Rhonda practices at 100 North Main Street in Memphis, Tennessee.
