Attorney Kent Snider of Kaysville, UT; ethical elf

The state of Utah presented Kent Snider with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

Judge Pamela G. Heffernan of the 2nd Judicial District Court found Kent guilty of the following misconduct

The United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals entered an order publicly reprimanding Kent for engaging in a variety of misconduct, which included his failure to respond to court orders and directives and for failing to follow the court’s rules.

As a consequence of his misconduct, Judge Pamela Heffernan punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (December 2012) Kent practices at 259 East Shadowbrook Lane in Kaysville, Utah
