The state of Delaware presented Adam Randolph Elgart with a law license in 1974. Also licensed to practice in New Jersey.
 
The Delaware Supreme court found Adam guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to promptly disburse client funds received on client’s behalf
  2. Failed to prosecute client’s claims in a timely manner (slacker)
  3. Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
  4. Failed to respond to Disciplinary Counsel subpoena (Up Yours, said Adam!)
  5. Failed to respond to client phone calls
As a consequence of his misconduct, apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. December 2012) Adam practices with Mattleman Weinroth & Miller at 200 Continental Drive in Newark, Delaware.
