Attorney Daniel Raymonds of Milwaukee; ethical leprechaun The state of Wisconsin presented Daniel J. Raymonds with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.
The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Daniel guilty of the following misconduct.
Because Attorney Misfits in Wisconsin are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Daniel was never criminally charged for writing bad checks.
Daniel represented mortgage lenders, buyers, sellers, and brokers in regards to real estate transactions, and tens of millions of dollars in closing proceeds have gone through his trust account on a monthly basis. On one occasions there was a short fall in the trust account and, as a result there were insufficient funds ($150,000) to cover six checks presented for payment.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme
Court punished Daniel by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license. As we speak (ca. December 2012) Daniel practices at 8112 West Bluemound Road in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
