The state of Florida presented Bruce E. Warner with a law license in 1983.
 
The State Bar of Florida found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.
 
Bruce’s misconduct involved multiple family law cases wherein he engaged in an ongoing pattern of ineffective communication with his clients. Bruce also managed his law office in negligent manner.
 
Bruce failed to regularly inform his clients of the status of their family law cases. In addition, Bruce failed to utilize and required written fee agreements or engagement letters
 
As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license. .
 
As we speak (ca. November 2012) Bruce practices with the Law Office of Bruce E. Warner at 400 SE 8th Street in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
