Attorney Jon Levin of Colorado Springs; ethical misfit

The state of Colorado provided Jon Levin with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Jon guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with clients
In one matter, Jon neglected to communicate with a client and failed to diligently represent his client in accordance with his fee contract.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jon by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t hand down any real punishment to Jon.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) Jon practices in the Colorado Springs and Grand Junction areas.
