Attorney Guy Geleerd, Jr. of Chicago; liar
The state of Illinois presented Guy D. Geleerd, Jr. with a law license in 1989.
The Disciplinary Commission found Guy guilty of the following misconduct.
Guy was employed by a client to represent him in a medical malpractice action. During the course of that litigation, Guy found it convenient to file affidavits and medical reports with the court that were inaccurate (fabricated).
In addition, Guy also made inaccurate (false) statements before the trial court in regards to the fabricated affidavits and medical reports. What a Guy!
As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Guy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. November 2012) Guy practices with the Geleerd Law Group LLC at 30 North La Salle Street in Chicago, Illinois.
