Attorney Kyra Payne of Chicago; idiot
The state of Illinois presented Kyra Shelle-Granberry Payne with a law license in 1993.
The Disciplinary Commission found Kyra guilty of the following misconduct.
Kyra was hired to represent the guardian of a disabled person’s estate. Kyra failed to advise her client on the proper manner to redirect estate assets to a successor guardian.
As a result of Kyra the Idiot’s grossly negligent conduct, the client liquidated an annuity, causing a substantial financial penalty to be assessed against the estate.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Kyra by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. November 2012) Kyra practices with the Law Office of Kyra Payne at 9901 South Western Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
