Attorney Julio Argueta of Fox Lake, IL; felonious drunk 
The State of Illinois provided Julio Cesar Argueta with a law license in 2000. In 2008, the state of Illinois provided Abraham with a law license.
Disciplinary Counsel found Julio guilty of the following misconduct.
Joseph was arrested on a felony charge of possession of cocaine. Shortly after his arrest and arraignment, Joseph entered into a trial court’s drug program.
Julio was convicted of three (3) felony counts of aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol. While driving drunk, Julio was involved in an accident that resulted in serious injuries to the other driver and the other driver’s passengers.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Joseph by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. November 2012) Julio practices at 74 East Grand Avenue in Fox Lake, Illinois
It must be comforting to the good folks in Fox Lake are to know that there’s yet another convicted felon practicing law in their area compliments of the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.
