Attorney Dania Arencibia of Miami; convicted drunk

The state of Florida presented Dania Arencibia with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The State Bar of Florida found Dania guilty of the following misconduct.

Dania was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) after colliding with another vehicle. Dania subsequently pled no contest (guilty) of DUI with a blood alcohol level of .164.

She was sentenced to six month of probation that included attending DUI school, at tending Division of Driver’s License Education for Due clients, perform 5 0 hours of community services, attend two AA meetings per week, immobilization of her care for 10 days, have an interlocking device placed on it, which was to remain there for 6 months.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dania the Drunk by gifting her with a complimentary 10-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2012) Dania practices 10442 SW 21st Street in Miami, Florida.
