Attorney Arthur Cohen of Ft. Myers, FL; cokehead
The state of Florida presented Arthur P. Cohen with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University Law School.
The State Bar of Florida found Arthur guilty of the following misconduct.
Arthur was arrested for possession of cocaine, a 3rd degree felony and for possession of drug paraphernalia, a 1st degree misdemeanor.
Subsequently, Arthur executed an agreement to defer prosecution pending the Pre-Trial Intervention Program. Several months later, the criminal charges were dismissed due to Arthur’s completion of the Broward County Sheriffs Office Drug Court Outpatient Program and the Pre-Trial Intervention Program.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Arthur by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license. .
As we speak (ca. November 2012) Arthur practices at 12995 South Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers, Florida.
It must be comforting to the folks living in the greater Fort Myers area to know that there is yet another cokehead running around with a law license compliments of the comedians sitting on the Florida Supreme |
