Attorney Terry Nussberger of Ladysmith, WI; idiot The state of Wisconsin presented Terry L. Nussberger with a law license in 1983after he graduated from Valparaiso University Law School.
The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.
Terry represented a client involved as a personal representative in a probate estate. Terry filed to value the estate assets in a timely and accurate matter. Terry also failed to determine before the applicable deadlines whether the estate was required to file state and federal estate-tax returns.
Terry prepared and filed and inventory and amended inventory of the estate assets that incorrectly used the redemption value of the decedent’s saving bonds rather than the date-of-death value.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Terry’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. The comedians sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Terry on two prior occasions when they gifted him with a complimentary reprimand and a 60-day suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme
Court punished Terry by gifting him with yet another complimentary reprimand. . As we speak (ca. December 2012) Terry practices with the Nussberger Law Office at 314 Miner Avenue in Ladysmith, Wisconsin.
