Attorney John White of Naples; repeat offender

The state of Florida presented John Parquette White with a law license in 1973.

The State Bar of Georgia found John guilty of misconduct on three occasions as set forth below.

John’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2003

John represented Ms. Sicignano Rosa to probate the estate of Giovanna Malvica in which she was a beneficiary. During his so-called representation of Ms. Rosa, John failed to diligently purse the probate matter. John then failed to respond to Bar investigator’s inquires (Up Yours, said John!).

As a consequence of Brett’s misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

John’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2009

The State Bar of Georgia found John guilty of the following misconduct that involved fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation.

John acted as closing agent for a real estate transaction between Alan and Jane Lantieri as sellers, and Douglas Carter, as buyer. The agreed sale price was $600,000. The buyer utilized a loan from Long Beach Mortgage in the amount of $540,000 to assist the financing of the purchase.

The buyers and sellers agreed to a second mortgage loan of $150,000 by the buyer in favor of the sellers. Long Beach Mortgage would not approve its own mortgage loan if the sellers lent more than $60,000 on a second mortgage loan. John closed the loan using a $60,000 second mortgage, with a $90,000 future advance clause between the buyer and the sellers. The second mortgage document was misleading (false) because the sellers lent the entire $150,000 to the buyers at the closing.

John then prepared a closing state for the purchase of the property that he knew was false because it only reflected $60,000 of the sellers’ loan to the buyer.

As a consequence of Brett’s misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary 21-day suspension of his law license.

John’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2011

During the time his law license was suspended for 21-days in 2009, John engaged in the unauthorized practice law. During that time, John accepted new business from at least five (5) clients and received at least $5,500 from those clients.

As a consequence of Brett’s misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) John practices at 1575 Pine Ridge Road in Naples, Florida.
