Attorney Cyril Hall of Dearborn, MI; repeat offender

The state of Michigan provided Cyril C. Hall with a law license in 1978.

A Tri-County Hearing Panel found Cyril guilty of misconduct on three separate occasions as set forth below.

Cyril was hired to act as a defense counsel in a criminal matter, but failed to appear at his client’s sentencing hearing, after failing to appear for a prior scheduled date for sentencing. Cyril also failed to communicate with his client for at least four (4) months.

And finally, Cyril failed to fully cooperate with the Attorney Grievance Commission. Up yours, said Cyril to the Commission.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar punished Cyril by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
