Attorney Robert Hackett of Grand Rapids, MI; convicted criminal
The state of Michigan provided Robert S. Hackett with a law license in 1995.
A Tri-County Hearing Panel found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
Robert pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia to the conversion of public monies in violation of 18 U.S. C. §641.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the State Bar punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
It must be comforting to the folks living in Grand Rapids to know that there is yet another convict operating with a law license compliments of the comedians sitting on the Grievance Commission.
