Attorney Martin Geeding of Wichita, KS; ethical misfit

The state of Kansas presented Martin Darrow Geeding with a law license in 1987.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  2. Refused to acknowledge the wrongful nature of his conduct
  3. Violated his duty to protect from engaging in conflicts of interest
  4. Failed to communicate with clients
  5. Failed to take appropriate actions to protect client interests
As one would expect, this wasn’t Martin’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Martin has been disciplined on two prior occasions. On one occasions he was informally admonished and the other he had his law license was suspended for one year for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) Martin practices 2525 East Central Avenue in Wichita, Kansas.
