Attorney Robert Glickman of Atlanta; ethical dwarf

The state of Wisconsin presented Robert Alan Glickman with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  3. Failed to respond to client requests for information
  4. Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  5. Failed to take steps to protect client’s interests after being fired
Robert filed a legal malpractice action on behalf of a client in circuit court. Thereafter, Robert failed to comply with the terms of the trial court‘s pretrial order setting a time for disclosing expert witnesses, completing medical examinations and identifying and marking all exhibits to be used at trial. When opposing filed a motion seeking to prohibit the plaintiff from presenting the testimony of any experts, Glickman did not file a response. The court then granted defense counsel’s motion, which was very detrimental to his client’s case.

In another matter, the State Public Defender appointed Robert to represent a man who was sentenced to prison following revocation of his probation. For at least five months, Robert did absolutely nothing to either initiate review of the probation revocation or to convey to the court, the Public Defender and the client that such a review was without merit.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme
Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) Robert practices with the Law Office of Robert Alan Glickman PC at 3151 Maple Drive NE in Atlanta, Georgia.
