Attorney Mark Tucker of Mesa, AZ; ethically insolvent

The state of Arizona presented Mark A. Tucker with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to diligently represent client (slacker)
  2. Failed to communicate with client
  3. Allowed his client trust account to become overdrawn
  4. Made disbursements from client trust account when there were insufficient funds in account
  5. Used funds belonging to one client to pay another
  6. Failed to conduct mandatory monthly client trust account reconciliations
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2012) Mark practices at 2650 East Southern Avenue in Mesa, Arizona.

Warning: Mark doesn’t carry legal malpractice insurance
