Attorney Ronald Carter of Bakersfield, CA; serial offender
The state of California provided Ronald Urcel Carter with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Golden State University Law School in San Francisco.
The California Bar Court found Peter guilty of the following misconduct.
Ronald filed a bankruptcy action for a client, a company that had not received any damages to which it was entitled in a civil case. The bankruptcy trustee made disbursements to Ronald’s client, which Ronald then took as legal fees. He never informed the client about receiving the funds and did not deposit them as required in a client trust account.
Of course this wasn’t Ronald’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree as shown below.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Peter by gifting him with a 90-day suspension of his law license
As we speak (ca. November 2012) Ronald practices at 1712 19th Street in Bakersfield, California.
