Attorney Robert A. Wilson of Glenshaw, PA; ethical dwarf

The state of Pennsylvania provided Robert Alton Wilson with a law license in 1973.

The Disciplinary Board found Robert guilty of misconduct:

In the case of Robert Neal Judge Alfred Bell of Westmoreland County Common Pleas Court denied contestant Amelia Lippert’s action to set aside Mr. Neal’s will. Several months later, the contestant Ms. Lippert died.

Robert was then filed an appeal brief on behalf Claire Pebworth, Executrix of the Amelia Lippert estate. In his brief, Robert made numerous attacks on opposing counsel and/or Judge Bell, some of which are as follows:

Judge Bell’s decision was politically motivated
Outcome of case was skewed against Alleghany County resident in favor of high-profile politico attorney J. Raymond Ambrose
Judge Bell ignored documentary evidence

The Disciplinary Board ruled that Robert’s statements about Judge Bell were false and that he made them in reckless disregard for the truth.

This wasn’t Robert’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary private reprimand (concealed from public view) for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2012) Robert practices at 133 Eade Avenue in Glenshaw, Pennsylvania,.
