Attorney Paul Banales of Tucson; ethical misfit, liar

 
The state of Arizona presented Paul S. Banales with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Arizona University Law School.
 
The Arizona State Bar found Paul guilty of engaging in the following misconduct
  1. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  2. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  3. Knowingly lied to a trial judge
  4. Refused to acknowledge the wrongfulness of his conduct
Paul knowingly and intentionally obstructed the state’s lawful access to evidence have potential evidentiary value in an ongoing criminal investigation. In addition, Paul was not candid (lied) to the court when he failed to advise the judge that the evidence had been destroyed.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Paul by gifting him with a complimentary 180 day suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. October 2012) Paul practices with the Palmisano Law Firm at 177 North Church Street in Tucson, Arizona.
 
As expected, this wasn’t Paul’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Subsequently received admonition in 2012,
