Attorney Christina Agola of Rochester, NY; ethical misfit

The state of New York provided Christina A. Agola with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo.

The Grievance Committee of the 7th Judicial District found Christina guilty of the following misconduct.

In June 2012, the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit sitting in New York City issued a reprimand to Christina for her repeated failures to comply with the court’s mandatory scheduling orders and other deadlines.

Christina’s thumbing of her nose at the Court of Appeals scheduling orders involved at least twenty-one (210) separate cases that she was involved in. Put simply, Christina is a serial violato of Court orders. In fact, it appears that Christina basically told the Court of Appeals “Up Yours” on at least 21 occasions.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on Grievance Committee of the 7th Judicial District punished Christina by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2012) Leigh practices at 1415 Monroe Avenue in Rochester, New York.
