Attorney Tim Coker of Guadalupe, AZ; convicted felon, repeater

The state of Arizona presented Tim D. Coker with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Tim guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

Tim’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misconduct Apple Tree

While representing a client in a post-dissolution matter, Tim falsely accused the court commissioner, judge, guardian ad litem, and his client’s prior attorney of engaging in a variety of misconduct that allowed them to use his client’s share of the marital assets to pay off their respective home mortgages.

Tim made these wild accusations in papers filed in court even though he admitted he didn’t have any actual evidence to support them.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Tim by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
