Attorney Kathleen Dautrich of Reading, PA; repeat offender, thief

The state of Pennsylvania presented Kathleen D. Dautrich with a law license in 1986.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found John guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to cooperate with disciplinary investigators (Up Yours, said Kathy!)
  2. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  3. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  4. Failed to respond to client requests for information
  5. Failed to explain matter to extent necessary for client to make informed decision about representation
  6. Failed to provide client with written terms of fee agreement
  7. Failed to take appropriate steps to protect client’s interest after being discharged
  8. Failed to return unearned fees to client (thief)
  9. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
As one would expect, this wasn’t Kathleen’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received two complimentary private reprimands for the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

As a consequence of her most recent misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Kathleen by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2012) Kathleen practices at 530 Court Street in Reading, Pennsylvania.

Warning: Kathleen does not carry legal malpractice insurance
