Attorney Beauregard Harvey of Toledo; moronic loser
The state of Ohio provided Beauregard Maximillion Harvey with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.
The Toledo Bar Association found Beauregard guilty of the following misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Beauregard by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license. In truth, the comedians sitting on the Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningfully punishment to Beauregard.
Beauregard’s’ misconduct came about during his handling of seven (7) client bankruptcy cases and one client’s small-claims case. As a result of Beauregard failing to file required documents with the bankruptcy court, several of his client’s cases were closed with their debts being discharged. Additionally, the bankruptcy judge verbally admonished Beauregard on the record and sanctioned him twice for his repeated failure to timely file required documents.
Beauregard’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defense
Rather than own up to his negligence in providing useless services to his clients in several bankruptcy cases, Beauregard had the chutzpah to blame his clients for his failure to file documents per orders from the bankruptcy judge.
As we speak (ca. October 2012) Beauregard practices with the Harvey Law Office at 425 Jefferson Avenue in Toledo, Ohio.
