Attorney Ralph Cushion II of Cleveland; convicted felon

The state of Ohio presented Ralph Paul Cushion II with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Ralph guilty of the following misconduct.

Ralph was convicted of felonious assault with a firearm specification, carrying a concealed weapon, discharging a firearm while under the influence of alcohol and drugs, and two counts of driving under the influence (DUI).

Ralph was subsequently sentenced to two years in prison for felonious assault, 17-months for carrying a concealed weapon, and 180 days for driving under the influence.

The criminal convictions resulted from an incident in which, while under the influence of alcohol and drugs, Ralph shot a female companion. What a guy!

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Scott by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license that allowed him to be reinstated one year after he was released from prison.

As we speak (ca. September 2012) Ralph practices with the R. Paul Cushion II Law Firm at 75 Public Square in Cleveland, Ohio.

It must be comforting to the folks in Cleveland to know that there is yet another convicted felon practicing law in their area compliments of the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
