Attorney Donald W. Hart of Phoenix; ethically inept

The state of Arizona presented Donald W. Hart with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School,

The Arizona State Bar found Donald guilty of engaging in the following misconduct
  1. Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended 30 day suspension
  2. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  3. Bad faith obstruction of the disciplinary proceedings (Up Yours, said Donnie!)
  4. Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of his conduct
  5. Totally indifferent to making restitution to client
Despite having no experience in bankruptcy matters, Donald agreed to represent a client in such a matter. His representation proved to be worthless due to his incompetence and negligence.

While litigating in the bankruptcy matter, Donald never advised the judge, creditors, the trustee or any other attorneys working on the case that his law license was suspended. As a result of Donald’s incompetence his client suffered financial damage.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Donald by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2012) Donald practices at 6524 North 13th Street in the Phoenix.

Warning: Donald doesn’t carry legal malpractice insurance
