Attorney Alexander Bensky of Ferndale, MI; repeat offender

 
Tri-County Hearing Panel #79 found Alexander guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failing to provide competent legal representation (moron)
  2. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of legal matter
  4. Failed to respond to client requests for information
  5. Failed to expedite litigation with the best interests of the client (victim)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Alexander by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Alexander’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously suspended from practicing law for six (6) years for engaging in a variety of egregious misconduct.
 
As we speak (ca. September 2012) Alexander continues to practice in the Ferndale, Michigan area, which is a suburb of Detroit.
