Attorney William Brandt of Salem, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon provided William D. Brandt with a law license in 1972.

The Oregon State Bar found William guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
  2. Failed to provide full and true (lied) responses to ethics investigators
  3. Engaged in a conflict of interest
  4. Entered into settlement agreement restricting lawyer’s future right to practice law
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits at the Oregon State Bar punished William by gifting him with a complimentary 13-month suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. September 2012) William practices with William D. Brandt PC at 880 Liberty Street NE in Salem, Oregon.
