Attorney David Gerstner of Stamford, CT; ethical troll

The state of Connecticut provided David L. Gerstner with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Duquesne University School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to register client fund account with Statewide Grievance Committee
• Failed to provide Fidelity National with accounting of outstanding title police he had pending
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Davey!)
• Failed to remit title search fees owed to Fidelity National

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Davey practices at 17 Lancer Lane in Stamford, Connecticut.
