Attorney James L. Wellman of Reseda, CA; moron 
The state of California provided James Lawrence Wellman with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles.
The California Bar Court found James guilty of the following misconduct.
Jimmy failed to comply with the conditions imposed upon for his prior misconduct, which placed him on probation. As a condition of his probation, Jimmy was required to file quarterly probation reports, which he failed to do for at least five quarters.
To cement his status as a moron, Jimmy defended his misconduct by claiming that he didn’t have to comply with the terms of his probation because the because the State Bar’s disciplinary activities were curt ailed during its funding crisis. This is akin to arguing that you don’t have to comply with any traffic laws in California because the State is suffering from severe budget woes.
Clearly Jimmy missed hs calling as a standup comedian!
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished James by gifting him with a stayed 12-month suspension of his law license. In reality, the comedians on the Bar Court didn’t mete out any real punishment to Victor.
As we speak (ca. September 2012) James practices at 18747 Sherman Way in Reseda, California which is about 25 miles northwest of Los Angeles.
