Attorney Martin Bihn of Phoenix; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona provided Martin A. Bihn with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Bridgeport University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Martin guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  2. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  3. Conduct involved dishonest and selfish motives
  4. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
  5. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  6. Failed to diligently represent clients (slacker)
  7. Failed to adequately communicate with clients
In a wrongful-termination matter, Martin failed to timely respond to the defendant’s motion for partial summary judgment and failed to inform his clients when defense counsel filed a second motion for summary judgment on its counterclaim against his clients.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Martin by gifting him with another complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) Michael practices with Bihn & McDaniel PLC at 2600 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
