Attorney Joseph C. Bennett of Royal Oak, MI; convicted drunk

The state of Michigan provided Joseph C. Bennett with a law license in 1986.

Tri-County Hearing Panel #53 found Byron guilty of the following misconduct.

Joseph pleaded guilty to three (3) criminal misdemeanors that involved driving while impaired (DUI), impaired driving second offense and reckless driving.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Joseph by gifting him with a complimentary 119-day suspension of his law license.

Compliments of the comedians sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court we have yet another drunken criminal practicing law in the Wolverine State.

As we speak (ca. September 2012) Joseph practices at 2815 Clawson Avenue in Royal Oak, Michigan which is a suburb of Detroit.
