Attorney Harry Kane, Jr. of Jenkintown, PA; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey and Pennsylvania presented Harry J. Kane, Jr. with a law license in 1989.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaging in a pattern of neglect involving multiple clients (victims)
  2. Failed to act diligently in representing clients (slacker)
  3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  4. Failed to properly communicate with clients
After being forced to resign as an associate with the Margolis Edelstein, Harry falsely testified about a meeting with the Edelstein firm and his full disclosure of his egregious malfeasance.

This wasn’t Harry’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for:
  1. Failure to properly communicate with clients
  2. Failed to provide written fee agreement to client
  3. Failure to promptly notify client of receipt of settlement funds
  4. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
As a consequence of his 2nd bite at the Misfit Tree, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a second complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2012) Harry practices with Saffren & Weinberg in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania.
