Genesee Tri-County Hearing Panel #5 found Gregory guilty of the following misconduct.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Gregory by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license. 
 
As we speak (ca. August 2012) Gregory practices
  1. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  2. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of legal matter
  4. Refused to cooperate with disciplinary panel (Up Yours, said Gregory!)
  5. Conduct exposed the legal profession to be held in contempt (What’s New?)
  6. Engaged in conduct contrary to justice, ethics, honest and good morals
As we speak (ca. August 2012) Gregory practices at 23 Washington Street in Monroe, Michigan which is halfway between Detroit and Toledo, Ohio.
