Attorney Dale Gwilliam of Mesa, AZ; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona provided Dale R. Gwilliam with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Arizona State Law School.

The State Bar found Dale guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
  2. Failed to cooperate with State Bar investigators (Up Yours, said Dale!)
  3. Failed to advise clients his law license was suspended
  4. Deceived courts by failing to let them know his license was suspended
This wasn’t Dales 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He had previously received several complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) Dale practices with the Law Office of Dale R. Gwilliam at 1745 South Alma School Road in Mesa, Arizona.
