Attorney Tracy Stigler of Sacramento; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona provided Tracey D. Stigler with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Arizona State Law School.

The State Bar found Tracy guilty of the following misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Tracy by gifting him with a one-year term of probation.
  1. Failed to adequately communicate with his clients
  2. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to abide by client decisions regarding representation
  4. Failed to cooperate with State Bar’s investigation (Up Yours, said Tracy!)
  5. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  6. Committed multiple offenses
Tracy thought it was appropriate to close his law office and move to California without ever informing his clients (victims) of his move.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) Tracey now operates in the Sacramento, California area.
