Attorney Leslie Hatfield of Phoenix; ethical dwarf

 
The state of Arizona provided Leslie with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the Arizona State University of Louisville Law School.
 
The Arizona State Bar found Leslie guilty of the following misconduct
  1. Failing to adequately communicate with clients
  2. Failing to diligently represent clients (slacker)
  3. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  4. Failed to cooperate with State Bar investigators (Up Yours, said Leslie!)
  5. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
This wasn’t Leslie’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She was previously sanction for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
 
Leslie’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defenses
 
In a lame attempt to mitigate her misconduct, Leslie had the chutzpah to blame it on her alleged personal and emotion problems. She also claimed to be suffering from some undisclosed mental disability or impairment. As expected, the comedians sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court bought into Leslie’s BS.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Leslie by gifting her with another complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2012) Leslie practices with the Office of Legal Advocate at 3800 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
