Attorney James Glanville of Bisbee, AZ; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arizona provided James U. Glanville with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Louisville Law School in 1975. James is also licensed in Kentucky.

The Arizona State Bar found James guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to maintain required trust account records
  2. Commingled client funds with his personal funds
  3. Exposed client funds to risk by issuing rubber checks against his trust account
  4. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
Because Attorney Misfits in Arizona are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Jimmy was never criminally prosecuted for writing rubber checks.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished James by gifting him with another complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) James practices with the Cochise County Attorney in Bisbee, Arizona.
