Attorney G. David DeLozier, Jr. of Phoenix; ethical dwarf

 
The state of Arizona provided G. David DeLozier with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School in 1976.
 
The Arizona State Bar found G. David guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to properly safeguard client funds
  2. Commingled client funds with his personal funds
  3. Failed to conduct monthly reconciliations of client trust accounts
  4. Failed to maintain complete trust account records for five years
As one would suspect, this wasn’t G. David’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished G. David by gifting him with another complimentary censure.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2012) G. David practices at 3019 East Wagoner Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
