Attorney Jacques Whitfield of Sacramento; thief, loser

The state of California provided Jacques Stirling Whitfield with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The California Bar Court found Jacques guilty of misconduct on several occasions.
  1. Failed to communicate with his clients
  2. Failed to return unearned fees (thief)
  3. Failed to account for entrusted client funds
Jacques unsuccessfully attempted to start his own law firm and accepted referrals from a prepaid legal services program.

He also began to represent a new client in a probate matter after joining a new firm. When he left the firm, he failed to communicate with his remaining clients (left them holding bag).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Jacques by gifting him with a stayed 36-month suspension of his law license. In truth, the comics sitting on the Bar Court gave Jacques a pass in regards to his misconduct.

From 1991 through 2010, Jacques’ law license was suspended on four (4) occasions because he failed to pay mandatory State Bar fees, which were only a couple of hundred dollars. This is only further proof that Jacques is a total loser.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) Jacques practices with the Sterling Group Limited at 2180 Harvard Street in Sacramento, California.
