Attorney Kevin Chase of Orlando; cokehead

The state of Florida presented Kevin Keenan Chase with a law license in 1994.

The Florida Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

Kevin was previously arrested in Orange County, Florida and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. After his arrest, he was investigated for having an expired automobile tag and for engaging in suspicious behavior while parked near a hotel known for extensive drug and prostitution activity.

The arresting officer found that Kevin was in possession of a “crack pipe” which indicated the presence of cocaine. Subsequently, Kevin was sentenced to a Pre-trial Diversion Program.

Within a week of entering the Diversion Program, Kevin was again arrested in Orange County and charged with Driving Under the Influence and felony trafficking in Hydrocodone. Kevin pleaded no contest to the criminal charges and was sentenced to 360 days of probation. His driver’s license was suspended for 6 months, he was ordered to 50 hours of community service, and fined $1,250.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

It’s nice to know that there is yet another criminal practicing law compliments of the comedians sitting on the Florida Supreme Court. .

As we speak (ca. August 2012) Kevin practices with Wicker Smith, et al. at 390 North Orange Avenue in Orlando, Florida.
