Attorney Thomas R. Quinn of Philadelphia; repeat offender
The state of Pennsylvania presented Thomas Russell Quinn with a law license in 1982.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Thomas guilty of being found guilty of misconduct on at least three occasions.
Tom’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
Tom received a complimentary Informal Admonition for engaging in the following misconduct.
Tom’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
Tom received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in the following misconduct.
Tom’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
Disciplinary Counsel found Tom guilty of the following misconduct:
Failed to take appropriate steps to protect clients’ interests after he was fired
As a consequence of his third finding of misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Thomas by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license. In truth, the comedians on the Supreme Court didn’t mete out any real punishment to Thomas.
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Thomas practices at Two Penn Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Caution: Thomas does not carry legal malpractice insurance
