Attorney Frank Raso of Brunswick, OH; liar 
The state of Ohio presented Frank Anthony Raso with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School.
Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Frank guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Frank represented a client in a civil matter that was eventually settled via arbitration. Frank’s client was awarded $8,000 and the defendant received an award of $3,000 on his counterclaim. Frank never provided his client with documentation of the award. He also never attempted to collect the judgment, but continued to act as if the case were pending, sending the client copies of documents he falsely claimed he had filed.
In another matter, a client paid Frank $450 to pursue a small claims action. Frank never filed the action, nor did he heed the client’s request that he return the fee. Over a five-month period of time, Frank made several false statements to the client that he would return the fee, including one lie that the “check was in the mail.” Frank only returned the $450 after Disciplinary Counsel’s investigation of his misconduct began.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Albert by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
