Tri-County Hearing Panel # 15 found Thomas guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of legal matter
  2. Failed to explain matter to client to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions as to legal representation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Thomas by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Thomas practices law with the Law Offices of Thomas H. Stidham at 3420 Cass Avenue in Detroit, Michigan.
